We called head office to ask about the drop off location for used boxes as we had made a huge move. We were told this was the location that had the program and we should drop our boxes off there. We were only half way unpacked so we only took a few boxes so as not to overwhelm them. Terrible customer service from someone I thought was an employee, turns out…he’s the manager. Treats customers like an inconvenience.
Truck was super dirty inside and out, also out of alignment. this location has no parking at site for personal private vehicles , no key drop box, that thing is installed in door which is super hard to find . Owner or manager called front desk 2 times in 5 minutes in front of me to move my vehicle from their property as we can’t park there more than 15 minutes.
