If I could give a zero I would and I would apply it to U-Haul in general as a business. My father died, but he lived in Brandon and I live in Calgary. I booked a one way UHaul online with a credit card to get his items. I also booked a one way flight, took time off work, arranged care for my animals, and arranged pick up time with the people holding my dad’s items. Only used storage facility for one month, came to pick up stuff and mattress was covered in mouse poop. Staff shrugged their shoulder and said she wouldn't charge us for throwing it in the garbage bin...wow. Will not recommend this place ever!
I made my booking online, which was very easy, picked up the truck which was smooth and returned it which was equally smooth
