Super bad customer service.
Absolutely terrible experience with U-Haul. We had a confirmed reservation for a one-way truck rental, and they CANCELLED IT LAST MINUTE — with no warning and no help finding an alternative. We were left completely stranded in the middle of a major move. Not only did this ruin our plans, but we also lost money on the entire situation, including non-refundable costs.
