Israel F. is an amazing customer service representative helping us to understand the truck and drive it safely. He is also helping us to return the car generously. He went above and beyond and we are really impressed. Ezequiel at the counter was also great at explaining and leading us to get the car from Israel. Thank you so much, Israel for making my first Uhaul experience smooth as silk and I am confident driving it and returning it. I will definitely come back to this location if I need Uhaul again!
I found what I needed, but the customer service was disappointing. I’m the only customer and the staff didn’t offer assistance as I tried to carry several boxes out, and it felt like they didn’t care to notice. A friendly gesture or bit of help goes a long way—customer service shouldn’t end at checkout.
Purchased a unit online and was never warned that there was a giant pillar in the middle and a chunk of the remaining space on the floor by a rat poison box. Also, they violated the contractual obligation by not even having a lock available as promised. I called ahead to make sure the unit would be ready and there’d be no surprises since I was moving in after staffed hours and was fully assured I had nothing to worry about only to walk into this mess. He single-handedly checked in my truck with efficiency and care, all while ensuring that every customer who arrived after me, well past 5 pm, felt genuinely welcomed and valued. I recently had an immensely unfortunate experience with U-Haul during my college move-in. At a time when things were already hectic erratic and stressful, I never expected the process to be smooth and efficient, but unfortunately, the service fell short more than I ceased to ever imagine.
