Great customer service and incredibly helpful staff. I came by a few days ago to grab some boxes in order to move in advance of leaving Cambridge for the Summer. Israel and the rest of the staff provided great advice for boxes that met my per-unit cost threshold and size needs. I also came by with my electric scooter, and Israel graciously helped attach the boxes to the front of my scooter with very strong packing tape in order for me to get back home with the boxes secured.
