Been renting here for years. Tried other uhauls, but always come back to this one. Very friendly staff. You must understand that the entire world is short staffed, so when there's only 1 or 2 associates working, you need to know they're doing all they can. I have accepted this in restaurants, retail and here. Luckily their app is helpful in making your visit a little faster
I came in to get a Uhaul truck and Takara(front desk lady) continuously had other people getting in front of me in line. I finally get to the register and she manually types in my card info completely wrong, but keeps blaming ME. I then get the Uhaul and they have it on a hill which I cannot get off the hill so I go inside to ask for assistance and Takara is acting like i’m speaking another language. She repeatedly tells me she cannot help me so I just ask for a refund. No help, bad service, Not coming here again!
