Rented a tow dolly. Fair price. I just hate the reservation process. U-haul needs to do some streamlining to make it easier.
My truck rental was quick and smooth at the 985 location especially for a Saturday morning. Associate that helped me was very friendly
Jacob was very friendly !! Moving out of State and he took care of me, I would definitely recommend this location because of Jacob. As well as Timothy, helped moved a few boxes for me as well.
Been renting here for years. Tried other uhauls, but always come back to this one. Very friendly staff. You must understand that the entire world is short staffed, so when there's only 1 or 2 associates working, you need to know they're doing all they can. I have accepted this in restaurants, retail and here. Luckily their app is helpful in making your visit a little faster
