My experience here was too top notch!! I had a hitch installed, a couple things were missing and they gave it all to me. After installation a couple of my cars features didn't work and they fixed it immediately. They then attached the trailer to my car but the break lights weren't working properly. They took an hour to ensure my wiring was correct, tried a bunch of different methods and got it working perfectly - they didn't settle until everything was working properly!
