Went to go grab something and the sliding doors were all open the keypads weren't working. If you value anything I wouldn't store it here especially at this location. Oh and the one time I need to use the restroom that door's broken too. Just what I needed to get my butt in gear and get my stuff out of there. Overpriced to boot.
They made it super easy and took care of everything I am not much of an "on-line" kinda gal so this was 👍🏻👍🏻 for me. I also have a terrific storage unit inside from the elements and I always feel safe. Thank you to the entire teams at Springfield, IL.
The only problem I had was that the truck was EXTREMELY LOUD, DEAFENING, and UNBEARABLE!!!! I ended up buying EAR PLUGS at Walmart, but there the noise problem was only on the driver's side!!! WOW
