I've been renting a unit here for over 2 years now. The staff are always super nice and helpful, the area is always kept nice and clean, and the process is super easy for renting units and transitioning into a bigger one is super easy too. Everything can be done online through their app from renting the units to moving out, or if you need help their staff is always ready to help.
They don’t know what they are doing. Very unprofessional. I recommend you choose a different location. U-haul website clearly suggests that “Yes, you can rent a U-Haul with a temporary license” they wasted my time.
pretty satisfied. . reserved online, went in next morning, they scanned my license, I mentioned I might need a second day, fella said we could set it up for two days, and if I cancelled day 2 my card would just get the second day refunded. . I used the second day, they let me park empty truck on lot overnight so I could pick up my car. . I eventually rented it a third day, returned it after hours, dropped key in night box, received an online receipt for the addl days charges. . truly hassle free.
