I am extremely disappointed with the way my storage unit closure was handled. I officially vacated and closed my storage unit on July 10. I followed all of U-Haul’s instructions by completely emptying the unit, taking photos, and uploading them through the app as required. The app stated that the closure would be processed within 24–48 hours. Instead, it took 10 days and multiple phone calls before my account was finally closed today. Brianna was an ANGEL, so patient and helpful, you could tell she really cared and wanted to help us as much as she could. We were in the store for almost two hours but our experience could have been much worse if it weren’t for her. Left 110% satisfied.
