Customer service was excellent. The manager went above and beyond my expectations explaining gas discrepancy. He adjusted my invoice to reflect the difference. I use this location for all my needs.
The lady at pick up & Hayley at drop off were great & super friendly!! Very good, easy experience!!
Outstanding customer service!
Made a trailer hitch install reservation online one month ago and this store claimed they had no record of it. I waited nearly 40 minutes to check in, and the manager barely spoke to me before he told me that he was moving my install appointment to the Sherwood U-Haul location (a 25-min drive away, on a Saturday) and he had seemingly no regard for how their mistake impacted my plans for the day. Definitely recommend the Sherwood U-Haul facility, but I’d advise to avoid this specific store!
