I reserved a pickup truck from a different store and had no issues picking it up. I was pleasantly surprised how nice the truck was just being a work truck. I went to Hot Springs to get my motorcycle and had zero issues with the vehicle. The entire transaction was straight forward and very simple. If you need a pickup truck for a day this is the place to go.
SCAM ALERT.....The U-Haul given to us was smoked in, Heavily marijuana smell, We got it only for 1 hour when we returned the old piece of junk after refueling the tank where it supposed to be they charges us refuling fee of $27.93. When I got the invoice we went to the location to resolve the issue. when we went there they don't care about their customers. The same guy who inspected our Uhaul said the fuel tank was more then half down it was supposed to be 3/4 so that is what he has marked on the paper, which is completley n... read more
Sadly the truck broke down during the move and it took several hours to have a mechanic come and repair the truck. As if moving isn’t fun enough.
