Awesome service very polite and helpful
Terrible Customer Service!! Went on August 30tb at around 1:20 the lady working the first desk was extremely rude, and not helpful at all when we were returning the truck. We were polite and just asking the proper way to do things and she was just super rude! We ended up just figuring it out on our own and trying to avoid any further contact with her
Aug 4,2025 4 pm . I had an amazing experience with this location, changed my pick up time numerous time due to traffic to pick up the cartrailer, each time different staff answer the call and each and every time they are friendly, professional and reasonable on the phones Maria on the first point of contact was amazing, also Anjana P in the office was awesome to deal with. Forgot to ask the name of the two gentleman on the lot which they were kind enough to teach and help me of how to hook the trailer to my truck! Thank you!
