Store tried to bill for two days usage when van was only used three hours. Customer service resolved issue.
Please DO NOT install your Hitch here. The guys at this store are very rude, disrespectful to customers, don’t tell the truth and very unprofessional. 2 weeks ago I paid and made a reservation with them to install a Hitch on my truck, On the day of the installation, I walked into the Uhaul shop on Burlingame to get my installation. offer too many services with not enough staff.... staffer very friendly, waited 30+ min to fill propane
Waited 35 mins because there is only one staff worker, to buy a mattress cover. Also reserved a trailer here recently for 10:30 but waited in line for one hour to pick it up. What’s the point of reservation? Staff is very nice but they are so under staffed it is unfair for both customers and staff.
Very understaffed had to wait 40 mins to fill propane. I’m not blaming the worker she we apologetic. I blame management. I have filed a complaint with the BBB for unsafe working. Both for staff and customers.
Don't bother going in and reserving a truck because it won't matter!!!
