Service was good; however I got stuck with two different trucks with two different issues. Would go to another location in the future.
It’s crazy that you reserve a box truck and just cause I’m late picking it up, yall give it to someone else!!!!!!!!
The sales associate had trouble finding me in the system. The other associate decides to go and heat up his sandwich. He returns to his register and proceeds to eat his sandwich while the one associate proceeds to charge me for an item I paid for online which is sitting in a chair behind him. That transaction had to be deleted. At this time, the other associate has finished his sandwich and now going outside to smoke.
