After another uhaul location in homestead lost our reservation after we ordered the truck a month prior and even confirmed it the day before, we had to travel to marathon to pick up a truck. Not only were they friendly, but gave us 6 days free, gave us a dolly and were so nice and sympathized with us after what had happened. I recommend them to anyone! They are also a paddle board, kayak and bike rental place so if you are down in the keys, go to them!
when i called to see how much it would cost! the guy was rude. everything i said he would make a smart remark.i would rather take my money somewhere else. people don't move everyday and that is how he was acting. if you don't like your job than quit, no reason to be rude to someone else.
