Incompetentce at every turn. I can't trust them to spell my name right or replace a debit card properly, how am I supposed to trust them with my money or handle a loan? Then when their mistakes are caught it's just a shrug and "oops". I wouldn't recommend this credit union to anyone that I don't actively dislike.
I learned quick fast and in a hurry that this is not the place for me. I need to move money from my account to pay bills but it's really difficult to do when it is down for 48 hours and I cannot access any of my money. The people are super nice but that's all they have going for them. When I called to ask about how long the maintenance would be I was told they didn't know. No thanks.
Tellers and Management are Awesome and always attentive to my needs! Top Notch, 5 STARS all the way!!
