Terrible service. This has to be the worst financial institution I have ever dealt with. They just treat you like complete trash and as if you are bothering them no matter what the call is about. I have never spoken with someone here who didn’t sound like they hated their job, and I’ve been a “member” for YEARS. Also, they are so behind with technology. I've been with UHFCU for approx. five yrs. The Team has always been helpful and kind. After all this time, I can't say that I've had any issues or concerns that haven't been addressed or resolved. Way to go UHFCU Team!!

Incompetentce at every turn. I can't trust them to spell my name right or replace a debit card properly, how am I supposed to trust them with my money or handle a loan? Then when their mistakes are caught it's just a shrug and "oops". I wouldn't recommend this credit union to anyone that I don't actively dislike.
