The director Martin runs this location like a barbaric dictatorship. First he invents rules that professional movers are not allowed to rent trailers, stating we are competitors…. Hard to believe we are competitors, as we are not leasing trailers or sub leasing the rented trailer. Competitors of uhaul are Discount, Penske etc… this was confirmed to be allowed by the reservation department and the customer care Secondly, this director named Martin treats his employees like they are worthless, speaking to them in a humiliating... read more
