Great customer service I was late and they still made it work
First off we left home at 3 am, drove 4 hours to move my son and we were super tired. My pick up was 730 am my reservation said make sure you check in withen the hour of your reservation. Got to the U-Haul at 820 and did the phone check in. The check in went through they called my son verified and then at the end said oops there was an issue. Went inside they informed me it is 15 after reservation time that your time is canceled. 😡 Of course I was upset becuase that does not match the website and is misleading and to top it... read more
