Horrible experience. After returning my rental, the associate told me I owed nothing more than what I originally paid. However, WEEKS after this, and now months, Uhaul has charged my card without my permission numerous times. This is all after their associate told me I owed nothing and my transaction had been closed. Since July 8th, they’ve charged me 3-4 times without consent. I attempted to dispute the transactions, and customer service never got back to me.
I will never go again to get propane. I waited 30 minutes for a rude employee to tell us it was only her and her coworker working. Rang the bell several times and nobody came out. I saw the employees walking together from across the road after driving vehicles that were returned. They were on their cellphones and apparently were rudely interrupted when they were asked if they could help. A few minutes later we finally got our propane tank filled and watched the other employe… See more
