My experience was a ten. Reservation process, pick up and return was effortless. This was due to location, condition and ease of use of equipment and a professional, knowledgeable staff. I don't often give stellar reviews, but this one was deserving!
We were on vacation and the electrical to our hitch stopped working. Stopped in this uhaul and right away Daniel jumped in and helped us. He installed everything new. We so appreciated his time and energy. What a wonderful person. He went above and beyond. What a great staff member!!
Jaime was very helpful during the rental process in-store. The store was clean and well stocked. The prices for their products and rentals are very reasonable.
