Sincerely disappointed with the whole experience. I just needed a hitch installed, arrived early. The “hitch guy” wasn’t there yet, which I understand if it is before his shift. The agent behind the counter was kind enough to call the “guy” and he confirmed he would be there at 9am. 9.20 am rolls around, “hitch guy” is MIA and the agent tried calling him again and he didn’t answer. I cancelled and left.
Simple to schedule, truck and equipment were clean, cost was reasonable and desk agents were friendly. I highly recommend this location in Sturgeon Bay!
Just had a hitch installed and I couldn’t be happier! Othelio was very professional with the paperwork and Ben was very experienced with installs and it only took 1/2 hour.
Othoniel was a kind and polite young man. He made sure my move was perfect. Give that guy a raise!
