I have rented from this facility several times and never had an issue. However, now I will not use them again. First, the customer service was terrible. She acted like she didn’t want to be there. She didn’t want to speak and acted irritated. No “hello” nothing. Then she gave me a dirty truck that smelled like trash and had dog hair all over. I didn’t complain. Rick at the U-Haul location near Bradley International Airport was absolutely fantastic. After dealing with the stress of driving a box truck through multiple states, Rick made the whole process smooth, easy, and honestly a breath of fresh air. He was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful from the moment I walked in.
