I had a last minute move, under a lot of stress, Chris helped me and it was great, worked out a way to get me the truck I needed, and helped me on the return. Everything was smooth and I got a killer deal on the rental! Would recommend them to anyone in the area. I would also recommend Chris as a rep too because he went above and beyond!
MY REVIEW OF U-Haul Storage of North Lynnwood AWFUL COMPANY! Our moving truck was OVERBOOKED! Maintenance was not done on it, as it went directly to us. We ended up being delayed 5 hours and had to reschedule the movers. We purchased the Safemove protection with roadside assistance. They TRUCK BROKE DOWN ON TOP OF THE PASS IN 105 DEGREE WEATHER, with KIDS, FAMILY PETS, 2 KIDS, a FULLY STOCKED FRIDGE and FREEZER with ice bags, including ORGANIC SKINCARE for my BUSINESS and our 2 cars. Uhaul hooked up our trailer rental but apparently didn't do it right because in the middle of the night while towing it, it fell off the truck. Fortunatly for us there where two cops that saw what happened and helped us reconnect the trailer as there would have been no way for my sister and I to lift a fully loaded traler back onto the hitch.
