Nicole helped me and pulled me out of the snow !! EXCELLENT service!
Once again U-Haul aims to disappoint. Alberta conditions with all season tires. Not safe to be on any Highway in Alberta. 45 minutes late on getting the vehicles ready for me. And then made up some number about overcharging us for kilometers that we did not use. If you can find a different car company to rent from do it.
