Today, March 1st 2025, I visited the mountain road Uhaul at around 11am. The lady on the counter was dam care and so rude. Her face was like that I was there!!!
Beware of mice!!!! My storage locker was full of mice droppings and mice urine. I brought it to the front desks attention and nobody cared. GROSS. They charge a fee if you don't clean the unit so I had to clean up after mice. My stuff was only there for 3 months and the amount of mice poop was overwhelming. Like someone dropped a bag of black rice on the ground and big yellow puddles of urine in each corner.
