U haul was great for me for my doing a fund raising short trip , coliseum to PPT , Christmas food boxes. will do again next year.
Miss leading service and cost, small print and what they are misleading with is what they surely don't highlight. They charge for three days when it was only use for less then 48 hrs and when I request for a 24 hrs rental, they put it down for 4 hours and charged for two full days. Do not give your credit card and read everything, Use to go there numerous times helping out family and neighbors. Everything was excellent. All the employees I spoke with were extremely professional, respectful, helpful & courteous. Trevor was the main person I dealt with and he treated me with the highest respect. I'll definitely be back when I need a truck or trailer again.
Several times they solved my problems , I really appreciate there help and support, highly recommend them
