Went for propane.i pushed their service bell, wait 5mins and nothing so the went inside. I was told that the only person who could service the propane went to do a bank deposit 30mins ago and would be back soon. I waited 30 more mins and still no one came! Go to Canadian Tire, more employees, faster service and better pricing. What a joke UHaul...

Had a great experience at this location. Customer service here is really good. Staff are very friendly and personable. I am currently working on a cross country move using their U-boxes and that has gone great so far too. The boxes were conveniently set up for me on time and return trips to add last minute items was no problem at all. This location did their part now hopefully the delivery goes well! Definitely recommend this location.
