Rented trucks on back-to-back days. Using the application is very straightforward. But somehow my truck rentals got reversed. When this happens you have to talk to someone to solve the problem. My experience at the Latrobe location was wonderful. Emily Cole and Mike we're very professional and friendly and helpful. The rental cost was not unaffordable. And when I had a special ask because I wasn't sure my vehicle was secure. They checked on it for me, and that was very helpful in having me feel better. All in all great days!

Rented a trailer on a Sunday afternoon. The staff was friendly and helpful. They were about to leave for the day when we dropped it off. They stuck around to check it back in... Highly recommend
Love this Uhaul and the staff. We've been renting a unit for over 4 years now. However, over the past year alone, prices have gone up 3 times. They are doing refurbishments, but that shouldn't be at the cost of the customers...
