Excellent service. Paula was very knowledgeable and did a great job with help us get a rental truck
Never had any issue ever at any other U-Haul with trailers. I think the owner was helping me out atleast that’s what her name tag said under her name. To start off she was rude. Anyway was running a tight ship and ended up being back a couple hrs late so I got charged for a whole extra day even tho my receipt says 23hrs. Also I reserved trailer for another store closer to my location and u haul forced me to go farther out of my way to get/return trailer when I was already a hr away from Latrobe location instead of my usual l... read more
Very disappointed in the customer service of one employee. She was very rude and could not give an answer to rental that I had reservations for.
