I want to give a big shout out to Mike, Emily and Sally at the Latrobe, PA U-Haul store!! I needed a hitch installed and they were very thorough and went over everything with me. I couldn’t have been treated any nicer. Nice to see that there are still people and service out there like this thank you.

The unit itself was very clean, climate-controlled, and secure, which gave me peace of mind knowing my possessions were well-protected. The staff has always been incredibly friendly and helpful. There was one time when I was late with a payment, and when I called to explain the situation, they were very understanding and even waived the late fee as a courtesy.
