Never had any issue ever at any other U-Haul with trailers. I think the owner was helping me out atleast that’s what her name tag said under her name. To start off she was rude. Anyway was running a tight ship and ended up being back a couple hrs late so I got charged for a whole extra day even tho my receipt says 23hrs. Very disappointed in the customer service of one employee. She was very rude and could not give an answer to rental that I had reservations for.
I want to give a big shout out to Mike, Emily and Sally at the Latrobe, PA U-Haul store!! I needed a hitch installed and they were very thorough and went over everything with me. I couldn’t have been treated any nicer. Nice to see that there are still people and service out there like this thank you.
It was easy, the truck was clean, and it performed well.
I’ve been using U-Haul storage units for about two years now, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The unit itself was very clean, climate-controlled, and secure, which gave me peace of mind knowing my possessions were well-protected. The staff has always been incredibly friendly and helpful. There was one time when I was late with a payment, and when I called to explain the situation, they were very understanding and even waived the late fee as a courtesy.
