This is a terrible company out of the 4 times we have called for my dad, they have only picked him up once. When you call them, if they answer the phone, they tell you that your not on the books. On the plus side their one and only driver is very nice. It has been 3 weeks since this review was written. Since then communication with the scheduling department and the company has greatly improved. Out of 6 appointments my dad was picked up for all six. Only once we're they late. Twice didn't show up and never called or answered calls
Talked to a lady who seemed very polite, and took all of our information (address, name number, DOB, etc.) in order to transport our dad to an important doctor appointment the next morning. Unfortunately, they never showed up, never answered their phones, never called back.. just 100% unreliable. Read the other reviews here.. what a terrible thing for them to leave people in the lurch like this.. doctors appointments often take months to get in.. total inconsideration. Do not use these people.
This company does not even deserve on star! I've used this company for a while now and they are horrible! They are NEVER on time (if they even show up that is) their driver (all except 1) are liars, the say they cone to your house to pick u up when they are supposed to but they NEVER DID!
