Love this place! A small gym with very personalized attention. Jill and Jeff know each client by name, and customize every single workout to fit individual needs and abilities. This is the best gym around! I have been working out here since 2017 and there’s no place I’d rather be. This is not a big gym, but that’s its biggest advantage! This is a small gym with a big heart. I started working out with U Evolve 5 years ago. The classes are never the same, it's an open and welcoming atmosphere, and the owners Jeff and Jill are great! You don't feel intimidated or have to plan a workout like a bigger gym.

Love it here! A great small business gym that offers group training and classes. I personally need that for the accountability and to get out of the house. Everyone is friendly. After attending my first class I never stopped!

U evolve buffalo is a great gym. The trainers are great, the people are great. Its a very welcoming environment. And a clean facility. Highly Recommend!
