Service representative was efficient and friendly. He was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. A thirty-day return policy was extremely helpful in the event of any stain. It was more expensive than Northern California.
The technician was very professional but he was too quick and used too much cleaning water to clean delicate surfaces. It was cleaned quickly and is now in great condition.
