Took my money and closed, never even got to step foot on the boat. Tried calling and they said i should have came earlier... OK well why did you take my money then? And for the record online it said they would be open for 4 more hours! SCAM they refuse to give me my money back!

If I was able to give a 0 rating, I would. I went down with my family today. We paid for a boat and stood waiting around for almost an hour. We saw others boarding the boat that we paid for and they said that it’s a mistake but they have another boat that is the same like this one. We waited another 20 minutes and then she tells us to go to another boat which was smaller and not the same like the one we paid for. Not worth it. The boat quality is terrible, leather all worn out and still they have the audacity to charge 100 dollars more for 2 hours than a company which is just 110 ft away. Strongly recommend against this company or first see the boat and know what you are paying for.
I have reserved the boat but when I came they didn't have the boat! The service is very bad. If you don't want to get the bad moments on your vacation, don't use they service!
