I ordered Seolleongtang, Gukbap, Bibimbap, and Yukgaejang, and it was honestly the worst food I’ve had recently. The Gukbap was so incredibly salty it tasted like pure salt water, and the Kimchi Dolsot Bibimbap was barely edible because the kimchi itself was way too salty. Wonderful bright and pleasant interior, reserved and respectful staff. Food was fresh and delicious, the cold noodle on hot day were true bliss.
Found a folded piece of wrapper or paper in my dolsot kimchi. They said something about how they don’t make their own kimchi and did refund me immediately though
Great food, good service, worth of buying food.
