Hi. I’m writing this review of Raphael (owner) and UC Miami. I too have a savant system. And it was wired completely for the pervious owners. I contacted him and over the last 6-9 months he has worked hard to get everything in the system working perfectly. Alas it never happened. Hi. I’m writing this review of Raphael and uc miami. I too have a savant system. And it was wired completely for the pervious owners. I contacted him and over the last 6-9 months he has worked hard to get everything in the system working perfectly. This is a completcates system and required a lot of back and forth between the owner and technicians. So patience is a virtue. But the final product is near total home intigration. A few years ago, we hired Rafael to install a Savant media system in our new house. It wasn't a satisfactory experience. We gave him 3 months to complete the installation before we moved in so it would be complete and not interfere with the rest of the move in process. He barely got started and was still fooling around with the installation months later. He either didn't show up or arrived late, usually while we were trying to eat dinner.
