Rude and poor service. Advertise items on the website then messaged stating it was not available and they would process a refund. I had to ask for my refund AND the item was still showing as available to buy days after.
Ordered and paid for 3 bar stools in early September. Received notice that they were damaged in the warehouse and was asked whether we wanted replacement chairs or some other style. We opted to keep the original order. When the order finally shipped we only received 2 and both of them were damaged. Ended up cancelling the order for the third stool because we could not get a date for delivery. Was told that we would receive compensation for the two damaged chairs, but to date have not received anything for the damaged chairs.... read more
