If I could give a negative number I would, Quoted lead time ended up doubled. Then drawings was wrong dimensions got the revisions back with wrong jobsite address. Avoid these clowns if at all possible.
Needed garage screen door rollers. Clerk says we have them, but not the screws. Huh? Not very helpful. Went back to get a replacement screen door latch for a different door. Oh, we only sell those with a closer (that I don't need). Go to Ace Hardware on Hancock Bridge Pkwy. They had what I needed at a reasonable price, plus a helpful sales person.
I dealt with Nick over the phone and email since I am in South Carolina. I needed to place an order so my son could pick it up in Florida and bring it up to me, Nick work with me got me quick prices and place my order with no issues. My son picked up the order everything was there, and had no problems.
