Recently moved from Dallas to Colorado and used Uhaul Ubox services. One of our boxes was crushed during transport, the door was falling off, and it was never reported, resulting in $3000 with of damage. Their claims and insurance department RepWest is useless, doesn't respond, and is owned by Uhaul. I don't expect to be compensated. Do yourself a favor and use Pods or Packrat as their containers are more sturdy and their transport services are competent.
