I can't give enough Kudos to Jamie and Kinzel at this U-Haul store. They were there for me when they really could have passed me off to someone else in your company (like the scheduler who was so rude - female- and didn't give me good information). They both went to bat for me and got my shipment sent to another U-Haul center in Erie (West Side) where the men I spoke with were also very helpful. I would recommend U-Haul to others who are moving, but stay away from the schedulers.
Amazing team at U-Haul! They helped me with every step of my move from U-box to trailer rental. They were very flexible with scheduling pick up and drop off. I highly recommend using U-Haul for your next move. Jamie and her team made my move a breeze. Thank you!!!
