Communications about my box arriving late were confused, but it arrived and everything was safe so I’m happy. Gavin & Jacob at U-Haul traverse city were so helpful and kind, we were not told in advance we had to give 24 hours notice when collecting my box and they sorted it out at short notice very efficiently for me. Very much appreciate their help!
