Wish could give 0 star ! We went for inquiring about truck and the staff was ignorant and rude ! They dint gave any proper answers, when asked if they know if we get the truck they were like we dont know u might have to go out of city or out of province to get the uhaul ! Do not recommend this branch at least! There are better alternatives available And the price for 1 day was 450 !!
It's a trap. The truck was posted at 29.95$, but I ended up having to pay over 250$ in total for less than one day of rental. Between all the extra fees, insurance, paying a dollar a mile, gas prices through the roof, a trapped cart blocking my ability to laod the truck, and a sign threatening if I didn't clean the truck myself there would be even more fees.
