I came in last week, was trying something new with my hair. I was scared to even try it so I asked what happens if I don’t like the look of it, can I bring the remaining hair back she said yes. As long as it has not been used and it’s usable hair. I told her this was my first time trying this, so I wanted to be sure I wouldn’t be out all that money. She re-assured me. I used 2 packs of hair, went to take it back today. She wouldn’t even give me store credit, because I removed the hair from the plastic. Even though it was sti... read more
