Owner is new this year and very responsive. He wants to know if anything goes wrong. Wash is well kept!
Wish I had looked for reviews first. I just wasted $16 on the auto wash. It lasted maybe 90 seconds. Everything (soap, wax, etc.) seemed kind of dumped on at once, brushes never touched front or back, not sure if it even got the sides. Then, your front end is getting the dryer while there is still soap on the rear. Not even close to dry and when I got down the road soap started flinging off my mirrors and across windows. Just went there today for the automatic car wash. It only lasted for what seemed less than a minute. It doesn't get the front and back to your car at all. They are using less soap. I wasted 9 bucks for a lousy wash. I've been going there for years, but their new auto wash they have is very disappointing. I will be taking my car somewhere else from now on.
Stood around taking peoples CREDIT CARDS BECAUSE HIS MACHINES DON'T WORK, and he said you have to get out of the car to do put your card in. Really? He said he was the owner.\ Well he neesd to go get himself some lessons on manners and customer service. I would never go there again if you pid me a lifetime of FREE washes!!!
VERY rude. Didn't know "no bucket washing" meant what it did. Had just come from a small town where that meant no oil barrel washing. Instead of approaching me & simply telling me the rule he asked "it must be great to wash your car for free huh?" I explained to him I had no understood it & he cut me off telling me "I can't make money when you do that. Pay attention to the signs." I told him I'd be happy to leave. Don't even waste your money! $8.00 and my car was only clean on one side. Manager could have cared less!
I am giving this location a zero due to lack of customer appreciation. I will go and use this car wash at night and if I go during the day I will encounter a jerk of an employee. If he doesn't like his job he needs to quit! I am no longer going to this car wash and telling everyone not to go here all because of a manager's attitude and disrespect.
