I recommend therapy to everyone. It helps ground yourself and contain the scope of your problems. It helps you understand where your frustrations and difficulties are coming from, and offers strategies to deal with those things. It offers a roadmap towards your goals, letting you make progress toward your ambitions. Therapy services are not just a benefit to me, but are instead nearly or maybe even fully essential.
