Excellent service! Fixed the air conditioner quickly and everyone I had contact with was very courteous and respectful.
Amazing service!! A/C went out and they showed up within the hour and had it fixed soon after. Extremely affordable!!
DO NOT USE - U-1st was hired by warranty company to replace evaporator coil in my air conditioner. They did not fully insulate the pipe or attach it from the ceiling. Instead the pipe is blocking the cut off valve to our hot water heater. Also, the low voltage wire was left just hanging across a rocking chair next to the unit. Mechanical inspector rejected the inspection and contacted the company to make repair over three weeks ago, but company will not return our phone calls!!!
Very greatful to the professionalism- courtesy- and skill of the gentleman that have come to our home. Mark Champion and his team have been very dedicated to correcting and fixing one of our units- That particular unit was a nightmare of an ordeal last summer from service of a different company. This team has met and exceeded our expectations!
