Experience while in salon was great. However, as soon as I left my french manicure turned yellow. Called the next morning and asked manager to fix it and she insisted that I pay for a polish change. I already paid $45 ($10 extra for French and $10 extra for quick dry polish). Very bad customer service in my opinion. Too bad because I liked it there! Won’t be back and I’m very disappointed. Going on vacation tomorrow and now need to find time to get another pedicure.
Fabulous regular mani pedi in a beautiful salon! Ignore the crazy people reviews! They took me as a walk in, everything was clean, the people were nice and experienced, the cost was reasonable and I paid including tip with a credit card. So glad I found this place.
Coco is the best always does everything to perfection. Love this place would recommend to everyone
Cannot recommend. I tried to like it here and wanted to- but alas it’s a no. Coco is so very RUDE and gruff and rough and all around unprofessional. She made my nail bleed badly and didn’t even apologize. She seemed annoyed when answering basic questions. She should not be in a customer service role. Super rude. Once I had Jona?
