I had a similar experience to Mei Zhang. We arrived a few minutes before closing and asked if they were still serving. They said yes, so we expected to be treated like any other customers. Unfortunately, one of the employees stayed on the phone while taking our order, which felt disrespectful and unprofessional. My friends and I didn’t have a good experience at all at this dessert bar. Although we visited relatively late about 10minutes before close we asked if we could be served and the workers responded yes. So after receiving a confirmation we had an expectation to be treated as customers however as this one girl took my order she was on call with someone the whole time while I was just trying to check out a bag of chips. Everytime I go here they’re always out of something and then won’t give me my money back. Instead I’m stuck with something I didn’t initially order.
