I had high hopes for this place after seeing all the mouthwatering pictures on Instagram. However, our experience was quite disappointing. We opted for the Nona Kinder and the Crème Brûlée boba, but both were disappointing . The croissant was stale and we didn’t know how to eat since it was in a small plastic container . Was looking up some desserts near my area and came across this place. We got here and it was sooo cute!! But the only thing that made this experience so bad was the rude server. rude service. I asked her for clarification on my order and she gave me a dirty look and didn’t reply. she was very rude to me and my family. Giving us dirty looks and acting ‘tired’. This is your job do it right. You clearly signed up for it. At least act happy or have a smile. Being rude is ugly on you.
I tried again. Still hold the quality taste of the tea. Keep it up Tzone.
I ordered the banana, waffle and ice cream dessert. The waffle was warm, but super dense and dry. Even with the melted ice cream it was a little hard to swallow. The waffle really needs to be the star. The flavor was bland and I didn't get the amazing fresh waffle scent. A waffle should be crisp on the outside, fluffy and light on the inside. This was not it.
