I highly recommend seeing the unit before you sign your lease. Well, I made the mistake of not doing so..I’ve lived there almost a year and am now leaving . Right after I moved in with my daughter, we noticed that there was a terrible mold issue in the unit… Maintenance takes weeks to respond to work orders and we were without an AC for over a month at one point which further exacerbated the mold concern.
