When you pull in go to the red scale then they tell you where to dock after your done you need to back up to the red scale (yes back up to the red scale) then they give you your paper work ( when you back up to the red scale it will make sense to you)

No complaints about the employees, check in lady was nice, yard hoss had no issues assisting me in getting into the dock. Park on the street, walk in to check in, they'll call you when they are ready, the scale is tight if you pull 53' trailers and/or have a sleeper cab it's going to be tight. You'll have to reverse off the scale. The dock spots are tight, expect cars and other drivers to drive passed you while backing.
