This company buys properties in other states and leave them to rot. They are dirty and disgusting. Bed bugs. Roaches. Air conditioning doesn’t work in the summer. No heat in the winter. Backed up sinks and sewer smells. My mom lived in in of thier properties and it was horrible! Now they are buying properties in Omaha NE! This company is garbage and needs to be stopped from ruining peoples lives!
