I dropped off two scooters to get them running. I told them to do what was necessary, carbs, batteries, etc. The owner, Tim called me and said a relative was going to do the work and he needed $400 cash. Then for the other one, same thing. I paid $800 and they both initially ran. One of them quit after 1 week, so I went to his shop. He basically said "not my problem".
