Very polite & professional when getting my estimate. Easy to work with. The pricing was very reasonable. My roof was done in a timely manner. The yard was clean & cleared upon completion. The warranty is a plus also
I have told several friends and neighbors about TZ Roofing. The owner was incredibly easy to work with, and the quality of their workmanship is excellent. We had them put on a new roof about 18 months ago. About 2 weeks ago when we had massive amounts of rain, we had a very small drip in one of our attic spaces next to a dormer. Timoteo resealed my skylight and did an excellent job at a fair price.very thorough and professional.
Timo came out a couple days after I called him and did an estimate and within 2 days my roof was repaired! He showed me things other roofers missed and things that were done wrong when I had the roof installed years ago which is what caused me needing repairs to fix the leaks. His guy did an excellent job. I highly recommend Timo! Not only did he save me money, I have peace of mind that I wasn't being ripped off and the job was done right! I will definitely be calling him when it's time to replace my roof!
