I just joined TZ Insurance. And had a very pleasant and informative Insurance Agent explaining A-Z what my new plan will entail and how to go about using it. He explained all this with complete knowledge of my needs in a way I could understand. Last night I went to bed with a migraine fretting getting a new Plan. Tonight I'll go to bed and sleep soundly knowing I've been taken care of by a very competent Insurance company Agent. 🤗

This company should be put out of business. They called my mentally ill sister and switched her insurance plan to one with less benefits. This is unethical and possibly illegal?

I’ve spent $10k in premiums for Mutual of Omaha Plan G over 2024 and 2025 based on the advice of TZ insurance which I’ve had for years. Here’s the truth. They don’t care about you and me. That $10k covered $2400 in supplemental expenses. You’d think that TZ would have informed me about the high deductible plan G which costs only $50 per month per spouse. TZ rep called me seconds after I filled out an online request for a medigap quote. Condescending, ill informed insurance agents. Asking questions totally irrelevant to medigap and questions NO other medigap provider asks, very suspicious. I hung up. If you fill out a Mutual of Omaha request for Medicare supplement coverage, expect one of these jokers to call.
