This company is a joke, just like their commercials. Saying "check your Zip code" 17 times is just obnoxious
I see their commercials all the time and it repeats "check you zipcode" a million times. It definitely gives me a scam vibe... *BEWARE*
On Sunday Nov 2 I spoke to agent Emily Colier. We were almost up to the point of enrolling when the phone disconnected. Over been leaving voicemails as well as staff sending her messages to call me back with nothing. It would have been professional to call back when the call dropped. But definitely unprofessional to answer your colleagues while I'm still on the phone and still don't follow up. Open enrollment ends soon and my mom needs this coverage.
