I had a very disappointing experience with laser treatment at this spa. I was assured the provider was highly trained and experienced, but unfortunately the outcome was the opposite. The treatment caused significant broken capillaries on my face, and I’ve since had to seek corrective care elsewhere. What concerns me most is that not everyone is an appropriate candidate for laser, and I don’t feel that was properly assessed in my case.
