I recently had a security system installed. We experienced a neighborhood power failure and our front door immediately came up as “unlocked”. We were 19 hours away by car and were very concerned. I have tried calling the customer service number and left messages in the past few days to ask about this issue and still haven’t received a call back. Their “customer service” phone number is worthless in my opinion
Would not use again under any circumstances. Salesman was dishonest and when I tried to cancel, I was charged for an extra month.
