Turned us down at our time in need. Our cat was suffering and they told us “you’re welcome to try 3rd street or Chatham.” Thankful for Chatham Veterinary Service for putting compassion and care for animals first. Editing to reflect response. Still a sarcastic, rude response like the one we received over the phone. Thankful for the empathy shown by others, that’s clearly lacking here.
Dr. Tysor is a very experienced and compassionate veterinarian. She loves the animals and she doesn't shame pet owners or push unaffordable services or treatments on them. I drive 1 hour for my pets to be treated by her. It's well worth the drive. 🥰
I would like to share my deepest gratitude to this clinic. My mom took him here because they were the most affordable clinic. They did a whole bunch of tests, blood work, gave him injections, iv, and also gave us antibiotic medication for a very good price, and i mean very good price. They saw him the very same day. Scooby was lethargic, throwing up, shaking, blood in his stool, etc. Now he is healthy and back to his normal self! Thank you so much to this clinic for helping scooby 🥺
