Epic failure at the very least! I purchased a loose diamond from this store through an Ebay auction. The item was PAID for IN FULL. I wrote a message, through Ebay with explicit instructions to ship the item to another Ebay seller who was actually making the ring in CA. Instead of doing as I, the customer requested, these jokers printed a shipping lable and were about to send the diamond to the address I had on file with Ebay.
