Don't really know about the storage but called twice and left a voicemail but never got a reaponse
Avoid Koons! I used the concierge service for a simple oil change and 24 hours later still have not received my van back. My Toyota Sienna minivan needed an oil change. I found that Koons was offering a deal for $59 synthetic oil with concierge pickup and dropoff service. Great. So I clicked the associated button to make an appointment and chose 8am on Thursday (yesterday). Helpful friendly staff. Very convenient location. Seems to be very secure. I've been a customer for 2 years (18 months longer than intended, but oh well :). no complaints, and I love being able to drive right to my locker. I think they're all like that.
After a long move down to Virginia, the pleasant, helpful staff made my experience super easy. Julia told me this is a family run business and it definitely has the warmth of one. Clean, well-maintained facilities. Extremely helpful, enthusiastic staff. Overall, exceptional service!
